The ENOC 23rd Annual Conference addressing “Children’s rights in the digital environment” will take place on 25-26 September 2019 in Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK. The Conference will be hosted by the Northern Ireland Commissioner for Children and Young People represented by Ms. Koulla Yiasouma, who on the same occasion will take up the ENOC Chairmanship for one year. Experts will share their knowledge and experience with representatives of independent children’s rights institutions, and ENOC members will have the opportunity to share best practices, information and strategies on the Conference theme.
On 27th September 2019, ENOC will also hold its General Assembly meeting, where the new ENOC Bureau will be elected, the ENOC position statement on children’s rights in the digital environment endorsed, and the priorities of the Network for the next year(s) discussed and agreed.
The Conference is not open to the general public. Participation is submitted to prior invitation.
