ENOC 2018 Annual Conference and General Assembly meeting
The ENOC 22nd Annual Conference addressing “Children’s rights and wellbeing, promoting mental health” will take place on 19-20 September 2018, in the headquarters of the French Rights Defender–Défenseur des Droits (20 Avenue de Ségur, 75007 Paris) in Paris, France. The Office of the French Rights Defender, represented at ENOC by Ms. Geneviève Avenard, Deputy Defender in charge of children’s rights, is the Conference host.
The Conference programme includes a wide range of activities such as plenary presentations of international, European and national standards, practices or experiences on the Conference theme; updates from ENOC members on most recent domestic activities, challenges or achievements; presentation by young people of the activities and outcomes of ENYA 2018 edition of “Let’s Talk Young, Let’s Talk About Children’s Mental Health“; field visits of Conference participants to a teenagers’ house, a centre for early medico-social intervention, a reception centre for unaccompanied minors and to autism resource centre.
On the same occasion, ENOC will hold on 21st September 2018 its 22nd General Assembly meeting where the new ENOC Bureau will be elected and the priorities of the Network for the next year(s) discussed and agreed.
The Conference is not open to the general public. Participation is submitted to prior invitation.
