As part of its 2024 Annual work, ENOC is organising the first round of discussions on the annual priority issue of "Protection and promotion of the rights of children in alternative care". This will take the form of a full-day working session during the Spring Seminar, to be held on 3 - 4 June 2023, in Tallinn, Estonia.
