A Europe in which Independent Children’s Rights Institutions have strong mandates to advance children’s human rights, and to ensure their respect and fulfillment.
Mission
ENOC’s mission is to protect and promote the rights of the child, as enshrined in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and its Optional Protocols, by fostering capacity building, information & experience sharing, advocacy and mutual support among its members and stakeholders.
