Call for Quotes-A creative video commission

ENOC would like to make a creative video in a short (‘5-‘7 teaser) and a longer (’21 minute) version to support children and young people’s participation on the theme of equal opportunities for all children and young people in education. The target group is young people, aged 12-18, with different backgrounds, those particularly affected or not necessarily by the the working theme. It is expected that up to 10 ENOC countries/regions will be participating in the project. ENOC is inviting proposals for this work and would like to hear from companies, organisations or individual film makers who have extended experience on working with young people and who would support young participants with creativeness. The project delivery is 15 August 2016.
